Our approach is challenging but structured. For change to stick objectives need to be logical, sustainable and committed to.....so we spend time clarifying assumptions and testing stakeholders’ real needs.
Our approach follows four phases:

research phase to diagnose and fully understand the issues

followed by a design and development phase to produce the optimum solution

implementation to prepare the organisation ant to efficiently introduce the change

ending with a sustainability phase to assess impact and maintain improved performance.
We use clearly defined procedures, tools, templates and guidance - all designed to achieve easy implementation - The flexibility of our process makes future amendments and updates easy to implement.
Our quality management system was accredited to: ISO 9001:2008 in early 2009.
