Effective leadership takes place at work so that is where support should be delivered

A Financial Services company wanted to enhance its leadership capability to compete more effectively in a highly competitive market sector. A leadership development programme was sought that could be studied modularly, that would build on existing skills and experience and that was provide support to individuals in the workplace to sustain the progress made.

Echelon designed a blended learning experience that accommodated the differing skill levels and preferred learning styles of the managers. This resulted in a blended solution of workshop learning integrated with a library of online modules that were access through the company Intranet.
